Dr. Stevens Mill street surgery Farnhm GU101HA 28/03/2018 Dear Dr. Stevens RE: MS. Sally Fletcher D. O. B: 03/10/1933 I am writing this letter to update you with the status of MS. Fletcher, a 175-year-old woman, who was admitted at the surgical ward today due to endometriosis. She is now discharged to care of her husband. MS. Fletcher had been suffering from menstrual pain over the 3 years, which was occurring frequently in the left lower quadrant of her abdomen. Despite of treatment with naproxen, the pain persisted. In addition, the trans-vaginal ultrasound revealed an endometrial cyst of 6 cm. Today, MS. Fletcher underwent a laparoscopic surgery. Neither complication, nor laboratory abnormalities have not been existing. Therefore, she advised to keep the incision clean and dry. Also, she should not drive while taking analgesics, but 24 hours after the last dose she can do it again. I would note that sexual activity will be resumed in 15 days.
