To Lenovo, I am writing this email regarding the product which I have purchased last week, using your online services. I bought a Lenovo laptop on 29- April for the Big billion-day sale. I have chosen it from memory-optimized laptops which was given a good discount.
As per the description, mentioned on the website the laptop should come with an extra mouse and keyboard. But when I received the item, I got only a laptop with charging accessories. Additionally, The laptop was not well configured to the windows updated version. I found the product not up to the mark and quality is also poor. In order to resolve the issue, I would like to return back the product to you and requesting the full amount refund to my credit card. I hope you would focus on product quality and provide better service in the future. looking forward to favourable action on an early basis
