Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the issues related to local bus service in Tonbridge. I take 7. 30 am bus from Tonbridge to Oakhill to reach my office. This week the bus arrived 10 minutes late each day and I was not able to find a seat for myself due to overcrowding. It is not only with me, but other passengers are also facing similar problems with overcrowding and delays in reaching to their respective destinations due to late service. This is leading to the increase in frustration and inconvenience as people have to stand during their entire journey which is really tiresome. I would like to suggest that in order to address these concerns, please increase the number of buses on this route during the peak hours. In addition to this, ensure that the buses are arriving on time. I hope you will address these concerns and look into this matter on priority. Yours faithfully Sam Williams
