Dear SIR / MADAM I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the course you organized in August. Being an active member of the group, I did not satisfy with the arrangement. Firstly the family which we lived with were not helpful and friendly. For instance, asking some pessary items, I took rude answers a few times. In addition, the tutor's experience was not sufficient as I expected. Lots of questions I asked were left without answer. Although you advertised your tutors were best, he was not only inexperienced but also unknowladgeble person too. Furthermore, in the plan museum trip was arranged, but it was cancelled without refunding given money. It made upset us. We feel that we should be fully compensated for our great dissatisfactory course.
