Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to claim the travel insurance I have paid for while booking my ticket to India. I was travelling from Toronto to India for a vacation. After my arrival in New Delhi, India, I noticed that one of my bags is missing. I have looked all around the airport and inquired at the lost and found desk. It is a green medium sized bag with a yellow tag on it. My name, address and phone number is written on that tag.
