Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this to raise a complaint about my lost handbag in your airlines while traveling from London to Vancouver. As the journey was going to take time, I had kept my bag in the cabin above my seat 26 B on the flight BE195. The travel was safe and comfortable, but as soon as I reached home, I discovered that my handbag was missing and I suspected it to be left on your flight. It was a brown leather laptop bag with my name embossed on the silver badge. The straps of the bag had handprinted cloth work which enhanced the look. As, I was traveling for a symposium, had to carry my laptop and documents for the presentation. The bag contained a white file, laptop, and a charger with a sticker mentioning my name on it.
