Dear Sir, I received the interview card for the Advanced Management studies course at your prestigious institute to be held on 1st June, 10: 00 am. I cannot thank you enough for this opportunity since it was my childhood dream to get an admission there. However, I write this letter to inform you that I won't be able to attend the interview on the above mentioned day since I will be out of town to attend my sister's wedding. The wedding is arranged at Hilton Hotel, Nairobi and I will leave town in the last week of May. As I don't want my admission to be rejected, I humbly request you to schedule my hearing on the next day that is 2nd June. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused and I wish to get selected for this course this term. I would also like to know the agenda of the interview. I have a series of questions regarding it. How long it will take and is there any other tests that I am supposed to take part? Should I bring anything else other than the original certificates?
