Dear SirI am writing to a letter to complain about your hotel's cooling system. After long hours working as usual l went to the hotel. At the beginning of my business trip l want to stay with my friends but l would prefer to stay in hotel. But your hotel was inadequate but l haven't any way because my friend had gone abroad before l came here. l am fulfilled from the hotel. As you know, the weather of our country is somehow unusual. Especially, the winter days are not cimfortable for me. One night the room was very cold. Even the windows of the inn was frozen completaly. there is some inflammation on my face. Naturally, l endeavoured to make a warmer. the thermometr on the wall was showing very low temperatura. l tried to switch on my own electricity oven but it wasn't effective as my dreamt. Suddenly the room was fulled with sone kind of smell and that was the smell of burning. Due to working under low pressure, cabels were burning. in the beginning l didn't do anything and called for assistant. As you think. the ending of my night may be very tragic if l didn't feel as soon as l had awaken.
