Dear Madam/SirI am writing this letter regarding to the reciept that you send few days ago. The letter state that my account was overdraw $240 and should pay $70 penalty which will directly taken from my account. I would like to give some explanation about this. Last week, I tried to withdraw $500 from ATM mechine, but it seem that the ATM was error. At the first trial, The screen show that the transaction is fail and give a command to repeat it once more. Luckely, the second attemt was succesfully, however in the end of process I saw that I have been taken $1000 from my account. I have been inform the bank about this mistake a couple of days ago throught hot line call. Because the error came from the bank, it is not fair if I charge $ 70 and you should disminish it. I would like you to cross check my information and I will return $240 to the Bank using online tranfer. SincerelyArta
