Dear Mr. . . . As a client of your workshop I am writing to draw your attention to the problem with my car which I faced. I am really upset about the service I received on 20 th October. I had my car repaired at your workshop last week. But after sime days several things were wrong with it again. After driving my car during some days the engine began showing signes of overheating and the windscreen wipers stopped working although you said that it was in perfect order. I feel that you acted virrwsponsibly in issuing a car which was not safe to drive. So I want you to come me and I repair my car again to make me feel better after the distress I was forced to suffer as a result of your negigence. I hope this matter will recieve your immediate attention. Yours faithfully
