Your organization has really good feedback which I read from the newspaper last week, that, they provide their employees with all the wonderful health insurance benefits and good compensation, along with amazing work culture. Well! as you already know I am right now working with an employer and there would be a notice period for two months if I plan to resign. Unfortunately, I couldn’t resign from my job very soon since my contract is ongoing and will be expired only next month. So, due to this reason, I may not be able to join you for the next 3 months.
