Dear Manager, On Dec 3, 2021, I have ordered a book titled “Khi hoi tho hoa thinh khong” on your internet site with the recipient designation Le Hoang Tuan at ABC, XYZ District, Ho Chi Minh City. And got the goods at 16: 00 on Dec 6, 2021. After getting the goods I was not convinced with the book I ordered on your internet site because the book was faulty. It’s not up to the quality you promised me when ordering. You said over there is a revert policy when the quality is not up to standard. So I am typing this letter to request a replacement book. The book twists at the corners and the words on pages smudge. The book is yellow on several pages. Several pages additionally have handwriting I do not accept that a book encounters such errors. So I need to swap for a higher quality book. I have attached the bill and proof photos. I hope you read the content material of this mail and solve this plight at a fast speed.
