While I was working for the insurance company, I had a coworker who didn’t consult with me at all. For example, we had to arrange a meeting for managers of different departments on Friday, but he changed its date without letting me know. Because of this, I had to apologize to my boss.
I guess the best way to tackle this problem is to have a brief chat with your boss. You should inform him that there are people who aren’t willing to work with you, and it may cause many issues for the company. I do believe that he will do something for you.
