Dear Mr. Smith, Hope this finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I cannot continue the Charted Accountants evening course. As you know, I have full time job, and recently have been promoted from accountant position to take place senior accountant's place. This promotion affected greatly my free time, as now I am incharged of financial and tax reporting at the company. The end of a fiscal year is coming and I have to work over time almost every day. So, I am no longer able to do the evening course. I heard from other students that there will additional course in March. Will appriciate if you can withdraw me from current course and inroll me in one starts in March. Hopefully, I will have more free time then. Please let me know your decision.
