I am writing this letter to draw your immediate attention to the bus services that are carried in my area over the two weeks. The problem is that the buses more often than not come on different times than the actual bus arrival scheduled time. I am really at my wits end. So, everytime I check the schedule before I appear at the bus stop, however, it is in vain because by the time I get there all the buses that would have taken me to my destination have been gone. As a result I am late to work every single day or vica versa. I get to work one or two hours earlier than expected. I would like you to fix the bus arrival schedule so it reflects the exact time when the bus is coming. Other than that, that would be great if you add a few more buses on line in case we miss one then would not wait forever to catch the another one. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
