I am thanking organiser of my birthday party

Dear Sir, I am Daria and I have organised a 90th birthday for my grandfather at your hotel on 28th October. I am writing this letter to thank you for your service, for the reason that party was really successful and great. This birthday party took place at the biggest of your banquet halls called “Palermo”. It began at 2 p. m. and was lasting till the midnight. There were about 80 guests, as my granddad has invited all his friends and colleagues from his last place of work. His boss and the main person in their company was also there. In general, there were elderly people mainly, that’s why my major mission was to provide comfort. All your staff including organisers, waiters and chefs perfectly managed this task. Moreover, my idea to show the video-congratulation at the moment when all waiters were taking out the cake was also arranged. Finally, all your staff was very cooperative but I want especially thank Mr Michael for his attention and determination. The table was brilliantly laid, all dishes reached everybody and it was soft music that was liked by all guests. Thank you once again for your partnership, it made this party a memorable one.
