I am writing this letter in connection with your hotel stay the Marriott from 02/12/2021 to 04/12/2021. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and location was a convenient stay. However, I was disappointed with the room and spend a miserable night.
Once I reached the hotel, the temperature dropped to a record-low and an unexpected cold wave hit the city. I can understand the temperature decrease was completely unexpected, however, a 5-star hotel like yours must be prepared. I was extremely disappointed as the heating system in the room stopped working. Moreover, after several complaints a technician came and failed to repair the machine.
In addition, when I requested to allocate another room I was instantly turned down with an excuse that it is fully booked. Unfortunately, the night after my work was sleepless despite I was wearing the coat and socks. After reaching home, I found myself catching severe cold and suffering.
This is shocking and terribly unpredicted stay for me, even after spending such exorbitant amount, my experience was utterly unsatisfied. I hope to get a discount or refund me with some amount as a token for the terrible experience. In addition, I would recommend you to repair the heating system as to no other guest face the same issue.
