Hi, First you should correct your sleep time because your mind and body need rest about 8 hours a day specially at night. Then you should change your food schedule and add fruits and vegetable much more than what you eat now because of their vitamins and also you have to decrease your sugar and fat intake. After that you should do exercise seriously. It is not important which kind of sport you like , it is only important to do it.
