Hello Sir, I am your neighbor and received your complain about the noise from my flat. Firstly, my sincere apologies for the discomfort that we have caused for you and your family. We had my daughter's birthday function for which we planned a small get together event. As it was event more for the kids, we had some entertaining activities like games, music, etc. As you know we can hardly control kids if they are involved in these kind of events. Although we have taken utmost steps of avoiding the noise by arranging the event in master bed room, but still it was noisy. I will make sure I do not repeat this mistake of organizing the family parties at home, instead I will arrange in our apartment's Club house so that it will be entertaining for the kids as well as no discomfort to any of our neighbors.
