Hello everyone and today we are going to give a presentation about mongoose. My name is … No. . . . .
My name is … No. . . . .
My name is … No. . . . .
Firstly we want to describe mongooses as small animals when compared to humans. Their bodies range from the dwarf mongoose at 7 inches long to the Egyptian mongoose, which is 2 feet.
Mongoose is often mistaken. Some people argue whether mongooses are carnivores or omnivores. While certain types of mongoose will supplement their diet with vegetation, such as nuts or fruit, mongooses are generally carnivorous creatures who will eat a range of other animals – including birds, reptiles, insects, crabs, and even small mammals. So it depends on the species and type of mongoose.
Mongoose can be commonly found in Africa. Other than that, some of them can also be found in southern Asia and the Iberian Peninsula. They are generally terrestrial mammals, but some are semi-aquatic, and others are at home in the treetops.
