Dear Ms Kaur,
I am writing in regard to express my dissatisfaction with the attitude of the tenants who had recently moved on the above floor of my apartment.
I do not like to complain, but the last two weeks have been terribly awful. The new tenant has four young children who are too young to be at school. They run all time which is problematic for me during my office hours as I have been working from home since October. Also, the condition is further aggravated by the two large dogs which keep on barking without any reason.
As I have several meetings scheduled with my office clients during morning hours, the constant sound from them do not allow me to concentrate on my work. Also, I have got an official warning from my employer to curb this menace because we are on the verge to loose our potential customers for the future.
Therefore, I would request you to take some stringent actions in order to reduce the deafening sound from them. You can either ask them to put the wooden flooring on their floor or request them to minimize the children and the pets movement during my working hours.
I look forward forward to your response with the possible solutions.
Yours sincerely,
Prabhdeep Chhatwal
