Dear Sir/Madam, I am hereby writing this letter to inform you about my dissatisfaction towards your product. Last week, I ordered a pair of RayBan sun glasses from your ecommerce website. I am attaching a copy of the order for your reference. Although, the item arrived before the promised delivery date but, it is not the same shade that I choose, I received a grey one while I selected blue. Moreover, the left lense also has a scratch on it. I liked the product to the core, so I request you to replace my goggles.
