Begin your letter as follows: Dear ................., You should write at least 150 words.

Dear Mr. Smith, I am Pooja Khurana. I rented your apartment located in the Vintage building, 2nd floor, last week. I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction with the current state of the furniture in the apartment. It appears that the place has neither been cleaned up nor visited in years. There is unbearable dust all over the sofa, tables and chairs in the living room and all over the kitchen facilities. My family and I also feel insecure around some items. For instance, the curtain rod in the master bedroom is on verge of its failure. Also, the gas stove makes some strange sounds when it is turned on, which makes me anxious. Therefore, I demand to change the apartment. I will be satisfied if you could relocate me to some temporary accommodation and will be happy to return to the same flat once it’s been in reasonable condition. In this case, I expect you to provide a temporary accommodation for this period. Alternatively, I would like to ask for a complete refund as per our contract. Yours sincerely, Pooja Khurana
