I am Rishabh Agarwal; I took a flight no A5467 of Jet Airways on 20th August 2021 from Mumbai to Bengaluru. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction of unavailability of vegetarian food during the travel.
I had booked a flight no A5647 of Jet Airways from Mumbai to Bengaluru as I had an official meeting in Bengaluru. There was no much time available between my landing in Bengaluru and reaching the meeting place, Hence I decided to have my food in the flight itself. At the time of booking I have placed a special request for vegetarian food and it was accepted. When I was in the flight and the air hostess started to serve the food. But when they came to me to serve they mentioned the vegetarian food is all over. When I enquired I was being told that due to mismanagement of the food from the backend this problem occurred. I was completely disappointed and decided to lodge a complaint post my meeting got over.
I would like to conclude and urge the Management to ensure whenever any meals are booked online along with the ticket, arrangements are to be made accordingly so that there are no discomforts occurred to the passengers.
