Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my displeasure caused when attended a meeting in your hotel on 21/09/2021. We initially enjoyed the hotel facilities, design furnishing, reception quality and the transfer provided.
However, the contentment did not stay for longer. Once, we entered the food section, we realized that the bread was stale. In addition, the meat was rough and undercooked which resulted in an abdominal discomfort to few of my employees.
This is extremely devastating and never expected from a renowned hotel like yours. We are not providing any negative feedback, as heard alot of favorable reports. I would really appreciate if you establish a strong control over the kitchen.
I hope this is just a misfortunate accident and the fame will not suffer.
