Dear Sir or Madam,
This letter is in reference, to the problem being faced by me, due to improper working of the Digital Visiting Card Reader. The card reader, was bought from your
company, "Thomson Digitl Services", during the last summer, April 04'2020. The device, has been sold to me, with a two year of on site warrenty from the date of the purchase.
The Digital Visiting Card Reader, was working fine until mid March this year. Then initially it started taking a long time to read the visiting cards. Then in a Week's time, it started reflecting incomplete reading data of the visiting cards, followed by jamming of the visiting cards in the system. And finally 3 days back, it has stopped working completely. The Digital Visiting Card Reader, is not even initiating the intake of Visiting Cards to start the process.

Please, be informed that the Dgital Visiting Card Reader, is an integrel part of my daily work. My daily remunerations, depends on the number of soft copy of the visiting cards, being provided using the said device. Hence, non working of the device is highly effecting my daily wages.
Lastly, as the device, the Digital Visiting Card Reader, is still under warrenty. I would request you to please take an appropriate and prompt action for the resolution of the issue by sending your technitian at my location.
I would highly appriciate to have your immediate attention followed by your silver quick execution of the solution on the matter.
