I am writing this email to complain about a purchase I made last week. I acquired one of your cameras, specifically the GoPro Hero 3+. However, the functionality of the camera does not fit the specifications stated on your website.
According to the detailed description of the website, the camera provides a connection between mobile devices and the device itself in a range of 50 metres. Nonetheless, while using the camera in the forest yesterday to record Canadian wildlife, my connectivity was lost after 32 metres.
In order to solve this issue, I kindly request the exchange of this camera for one that meets the requirements detailed on your website.
I am a loyal customer of GoPro since I acquired my first camera (GoPro HERO) three years ago. I would really appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, which would allow me to continue enjoying such an amazing product.
