Subject - Representation regarding dispute of Type 1 and 2 under clause 1 (A) of the circular CBSE/DISPUTE- RESOLUTION/2021 dated 08/08/2021 issued by CBSE relating to marks obtained in subject of Mathematics of class XII result for the year 2020-21 of MOHAMMED SHOAIB, Roll no. 13698488, School code - 23039, student of Chandigarh Baptist School Respected Madam, With due respect it is submitted that my XII class result was declared on 30/7/2021 by the CBSE, from which I came to know that I have been awarded 54 marks out of 100 (35 marks out of 80 in theory in the subject of Mathematics). I was shocked to see the result because I have been scoring excellent marks in Mathematics in the examinations of class X, XI and First-term of class XII. I am feeling aggrieved due to very low marks awarded to me in the final result of the board examination of class XII in 2020-21. It is submitted that CBSE have formulated a grievance redressal method vide circular dated 08/08/2021 in which there is a provision for representation for the candidates those who are not satisfied with their awarded marks to the respected Principal of the School as I am I'm not satisfied with the marks awarded in my maths subject. I submit my representation hereunder. It is brought to your kind notice that in the subject of maths in class X board exam I obtained 77 marks out of 100, in class XI exam 80 marks out of 100 and in the first term exam of class XII I obtained 75 marks out of 80. Copies of the detailed mark sheets of class X, XI and first term of XII are attached herewith. As per policy of CBSE for preparing the result of 2020-21 issued vide circular dated 17/06/2021. By applying the tabulation method my estimated score comes as under THEORY MARKS MATHS=80 PRACTICAL MARKS 20 Total 100 Class X 30% (24) Class XI 30% (24) Class XII 40% (32) - 89 22 18 30 19 According to the policy the school was to apply moderation formula as per clause (10) for preparing the result. On coming to know about my result I found that in the subject of Mathematics, the result committee has awarded me 54 marks out of 100 (35 marks out of 80 in theory) It is therefore requested that my case may kindly be considered on the basis of orders the CBSE in which it has pressed upon and directed the result committee to prepare the result strictly according to its policy/circular in a fair and transparent manner. It is therefore humbly submitted that keeping in view the facts and circumstances as mentioned above my representation may I kindly be considered sympathetically and I may kindly be awarded reasonable marks in the subject of Mathematics on the basis of rationale and the marks already awarded to me may kindly be increased accordingly.
