Firstly, I thoroughly enjoyed the baking course as it was exteremely fun course to attend. The teacher's were very patient and calm and helped me with the portions of the recipes. Secondly, the equipments given to us were also of top notch quality which made the whole experience more exciting and pleasurable. To add to that, there were so many variations of cakes and cookie we learned in the course which gave us enough hands on exposure. In fact, after the course finished I tried to make quite a few cakes as well as biscuits in many of my family events. I have received compliments on my cooking skills from family and friends alike, which gave a huge boost to my confidence in cooking. I also tried my hand in baking some birthday cakes for some of my acquaintances and they were very pleased with how the cakes turned out. In my opinion the school can also offer some Chinese snacks course as its quite popular in the area. The ingredients are not as expensive and it requires less number of equipments as well. I am quite sure that, due to the high demand in chinese delicacies many people would be interested to enroll in this course. Looking foward to hearing from you. Your sincerely, John.
