Dear Mr Smith, I hope everything be well, l'm very thankful to living at dingy, safe and comfortable apartment which I have rented since last month of you. I have complain about some problems I have faced for 30 days and I have been waiting to solve as soon as possible. First of all the refrigerator is out of work then I can't keep any food and fruit. Second, one of the chair's leg is broken then nobody can't sit down on it even the table isn't balance. Third, I couldn't rely on the sofa in dinning room because it has tore up and dirt cover and cousion smell bad, and the last one is the most serious trouble when I desire to take shower without scare of cockroach which cause many unpleasnt moment in the bathroom instead relaxing time.
