Dear Sir or Madam, To my great disappointment, I have left a piece of outfit in the Duplex cinema, after Avatar film. It is a dark brown jacket with two white stripes across the shoulders. Inside was my student ID, a bank card, and a library membership ticket, all of which are of extreme importance to me. I have been sitting at the first row, seat number 03, without changing it, and put the jacket on the sit to the right, as it was not occupied. I was under the influence of the movie when it finished, so I absentmindedly walked away. I returned after thirty minutes only to be disappointed, as the cinema room had already been cleaned and there was no sign of my belongings. Unfortunately, I had no success talking to staff members, and they advised to address directly to you. Under these circumstances, can I ask you to kindly provide me with camera footage, so as to identify the person who took the jacket?
