Dear Sir, I am writing this letter with regard to the construction work which is taking place in the street very near to my house. Let me introduce my self my name is Rami i am a PHD student in the last year i am studying computer information systems. Since two weeks a maintenance work has been started near my house and the workers keep working till late night every day. As i mentioned I am a student and we are now in exam season, so we need to study hard and i can not due to the machines and vehicles noise. I would be grateful if the duty timing for the workers can be changed and to work only in the day time so at least we can study in the evening.
