Complaint letter on dissatsfaction with bad hotel

Dear Sir /Madam I am writing to inform you about my strong didsatsfaction with the service in your hotel. After coming to the city center I was informed that your hotel was the best one in that time. Being tired hot weather I looked for camfortable and cool room with air conditioner. I settled in your hotel at night, the next morning I switched on the coller item, being aware of its problem immedetly I informed about it to the cervant. He did not have it repaired although I asked a few times in that day. Working in bad condition, surely effected my job quality too. As a result, the project I prepared was assessed to less score than I expected, in spite of my hard working. In addition, I booked comfort room with extra payment for not disturbing by anyone. But, I noticed that the stuff of the hotel was not only friendly each other but also a bit rude to hostess. Moreover, the food was testless and the service was too slow. What is more, the noice from the factory, situated behind the building kept me awake untill elleven P. M every evening. In short, living in your hotel I felt myself extremely uncomfortable and bad becose of the hotel's quality. I look forward to you will investigate my letter as soon as possible and take prompt action on the situation. I feel that I should be fully compensated for my great disappointment with your hotel, otherwise I will have to take legal action. Yourse faithfully Mr Adms
