I am writing this letter to report a faulty TV which I purchased from your company
last Wednesday.
My name is Dipesh Sonawale, I am a frequent customer of your company. I live in Portland
and have been using your services and buying your products for the past 7 years.
Last Wednesday, I purchased a Samsung OLED TV from your company. It's model name is X900
and device code is 8743BA124QS. It was said to be the best TV to purchase and it has the best picture
quality. While purchasing the TV, sales person assured that if I face problem with the TV
they will repair it or replace it. On the next day, the remote stopped working and picture quality started
degrading too.
I called your customer care service to report this issue.
They registered the complaint and told me that a technician will come within 24 hours to fix the issue or I will receive a replacement TV.
They even shared the complaint number, which is REQ452362. But no technician visited to address this issue.
I am extremely disappointed not only with the quality of the product purchased from your company
but also the customer service I have received since. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly.
I expect my current TV to be repaired within 24 hours or I should receive a replacement TV.
