Dear Sir, I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received during a stay at your hotel. My family and I had booked a room at your hotel from 4th to 5th September in number 5. During our stay we encounted a number of unsatisfactory service. Firstly, it took more than an hour to check us in even though we had a confirmed reservation why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. Then, in spite of the fact that when we entered our apartment we found that there was only one bedroom. The next morning I went to reception to complain the receptionist was very rude. Such careless service should not be tolerated in a hotel which charges such high prices. My family and I will not be staying in your hotel again. However, as manager, you would be wise to guard against such appalling treatment of your customers in future. I am looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter.
