Dear Sir,
I am writing in the hope of that you can help me with a problem regarding Dyson hair styler that I recently bought from your shop. After only two days, things started go wrong.
On March 7th I visited one of your brand store which is located in Tashkent in order to buy a Dyson hair styler for myself. After getting enough information bout styler from your web site I decided to purchase it. In a week, I realized that there is something wrong with the item. When I used the styler for the first time it worked properly and my hair was twisted strongly. However, when I utilized it the second time there seemed to have been malfunction while it was working. My hair was still wet and curls did not hold at least an hour.
Furthermore, when I tried using another same thing happened. In addition to this, the styler did not heat to necessary temperature.
I would like you to replace the Dyson hair styler with well-functioning one. I expect to receive the same type of unit and brand. Otherwise, unfortunately, I will be forced to report this to Customer Service Association responsible for this problem.
