Complain letter about an dissatsfactory intencive language course

Dear SIR / MADAM i am writing to express my strong dissatsfaction with the course you organised in August. Being an active member of the group, I did not satsfy with the arrangemant. Firstly the family which we lived with were not helpful and friendly. For instance, asking some nessasery items, I took cude answers a few times. In addition, the tutor's experience was not suffecent as I expected. Lots of questions I asked were left without answer. Although you adertised your tutors were best, he was not only unexpirienced but also unknowladgeble person too. Furthermore, in the plan musium trip was arranged, but it was concelled without refunding given money. It made upset us. We feel that we should be fully compensated for our great dissatsfactory course. I look forward to your urgent inwestigating that situation and returning our money, otherwise we will have to take legal action. Yourse faithfully Martin Delovega
