I am writing to complain about TV set which I recently bought from your shop.
On November 23, I ordered a TV set and recieved it on November 29. When it had been being used for the first time, it worked properly. Also, when I used it for the second time, it seemed to have some particular problems. You promised me that it had own remote control. After opening its box, we could not find it. However, my grandad is old. He is a man of 70. As you see, he needs remote control.
Furthermore, when I tried to switch it on again the same thing happened. In addition to this, the power button did not work properly as I had expected.
I look forward to recieving your satisfactory proposal for settlement of my claim within seven days of the date of this letter.
