community is not clean, garbage collection 1. what problem 2. resulting 3 wat to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Sham, resident of bay street neighborhood, writing this letter on behalf of the community member to express my discontent. We were expecting a change from couple of days, however, now need an immediate solution. I appreciate the hard work staff of local council do to manage and their contribution to keeping the community clean, as a contrary, there are few things I would like to address, they are not collecting household wastage in the morning, when they arrive at evening. Due to this, wild cats and dogs litter the garbage outside, moreover, there is no one visiting on public holidays, which made the situation even worse. As a result of overflow garbage, bad odor is spreading all over the community, leading to unhygienic environment. Therefore, this leads as a breeding grounds to mosquitoes and flies, which make us prone to develop myriads of infectious diseases. Consequently, a viable solution is to allocate staff in shift timings, that does not impact few or them with overwork, moreover, I suggest you to appoint new staff if necessary, for them to work on holidays as this will helps to maintain clean environment. In addition, color bins are also a creative method to segregate waste as wet and dry which can be recycled effectively. I hope to hear back at the earliest. Yours Faithfully,
