Dear Joe, I'm writing to bring to your attention that recently I've been assigned as a chief manager of my company's main branch that is located in Manchester where you've been living for a long period of time. To be honest with you, I don't know Manchester well, so it would be great if you assisted me in finding some place to live when I arrive at the city. I suppose that It won't take you a lot of time if you don't mind. When it comes to the type of my future accommodation, I'd prefer to rent a two-bedroom flat with appropriate home appliances such as a washing machine and an air conditioner. It'd be lovely if you found a flat that is in a walking distance to any metro station, I'm really fond of going to the job by underground. As for the location of the place, I'd be grateful to you if you found a flat somewhere downtown. Even though I've heard that the central streets might be rather noisy, I find it really attractive as I enjoy going out after work when nearby cafes and restaurants are packed.
