Apology letter to your friend that you have rescheduled your plan to visit her.

Dear Jahan, Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of spirits! I am writing this letter to let you know that the change in arrival date to visit you. Yesterday, while I was talking over the phone, I said that I will be coming and meet you on Tuesday at St Alban`s. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I cannot come down to St Alban`s to meet you. As you know, tomorrow I will be going to Croydon to giving biometrics for my new visa. Morning, I have received a message from the Home office as my appointment has been rescheduled for next week. As a result, I have canceled my ticket and rebooked for next week. I feel regretful for not being there for tomorrow. Please accept my sincere apology and forgive me.
