Dear Mr. Neighbour, I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am writing to you with regards to the complaint you made recently about the noise. First of all, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused but there are certain unavoidable circumstances causing the issue. As you might be knowing, the heavy rains and storms have affected many households in our neighborhood and mine as well, is one of them. The shed of the roof has undergone a great amount of damage, leaving the torn tin sheet, damaged garden, broken lights and decorations. We have called for help from the local municipal corporation and for the past two days, they have been working tirelessly in order to fix the roof before the next rains and hence, the noise of the machinery.
