Dear Marlin, Hello. I'm writing this letter regarding your complaint about hearing noise from my house. Unfortunately, my kitchen plumping has big issues and I have to fix it unless a flood will destroy my house. The plumper is working every day and night to solve the problem and I hope it endedin the near future. Please accept my apology for these disturbing sounds. I don't like to bother anybody, on the contrary I have no choice until the cause is found. Although we try to make no noises as much as possible, because of the short distance between our houses, you hear every noiseextremely loud. Meanwhile, we can take some approach to reduce the noises. For example, if I have your work hours, we can change the fixing time and set it based on hours that you are out of the home.
