Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to you regarding the delivery that you made in my house yesterday. I have some issues and I want to see some actions from your side. Due to the contract, you were willing to deliver my staff in the house by the following address: Washington str. 5/12, I do not know how, but during the delivery or in some other way your employees broke the door of the fridge. The old yellow fridge that I bought at an exclusive auction was terribly damaged, there is a big scratch on it and dirt on the whole external side. I want you to refund me expenses to recover it or buy the new one with the same characteristics. If you have other options to resolve my problem, I am open to contact via email or phone.
