Although you have never formally studied computing, you have always been interested in computers. In your letter explain why you are writing describe your circumstances ask if a special exception can be made for you so you can enrol in the course

Dear Sir/Ma'am, Good day! I would like to inform your good office about my interest for the computer course posted on the web. I have a huge interest with computers since I was a kid. It is always a dream for me to acquire my own computer at home. I do not have any background yet about computing and did not took an elementary course still, however, this does not hinder my pursuance to broaden my knowledge and enhance my skills with this kind of technology. An instance happened last week were my sister opt to finish her daily task at school which made me upset since I cannot provide any support to her. I personally believe that acquiring essential backgrounds with computer will develop my technical skills and familiarity its hardware and software. I hope that there are some exceptions for an individual like who has an eagerness to learn your course despite your rules for admission.
