I am writing in regards to my keen interest for different department within the organization. At the moment, my association with the finance department has been for more than 3 years. However, recently I completed my Post Graduation in Human Resource Management and I assume it will be a right time to alter my role and responsibility. Undoubtedly, I will be interested to join the human resource team for the upcoming years of my service. Also, I will be always available to extend a hand to those who seek my advice in the finance team. My current qualification has added a value to my skills which I would like to further use it for the advancement of our organization. Furthermore, my forte is into talent acquisition as well as payroll. Hence, my acquired knowledge will make me a better fit for human resource department.
