I am glad to see you again. I hope you are very well to carry on your business. I am writing this letter to inform you of an important decision about our headquarters’ relocation from Paris to Beauchamp.
I received several ideas of objecting relocation from staff. The major problem is that workers must drive 120 kilometers each day to the new building, it can affect productivity owing to being tired. Another reason is that not all the employees are willing to leave their family to resettle in rural areas and prioritize their spouses and families. If someone is married with children, their relocation will have a significant impact on everyone. They’re not going to make a selfish move if they’ve got a family to consider.
However, there is some strong evidence to explain why the relocation to Paris gives the potential for both business and employees. Some workers believe that Paris offers expensive office space, and high production and operating costs. Therefore, if our businesses are moved to smaller regional areas such as Beauchamp, these costs will likely decline significantly, thereby helping enterprises save a large amount of money. Another factor is the expansion of our workplace space. Changing the landscape and moving to a new workplace can help to enhance job quality.
Thus, we decided to vote for the relocation of InStep and the final decision is moving. I'm pleased to inform you that practically all of the employees support the relocation since it might be a great chance to enhance everyone's life.
