Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to express my interest in helping with the development of school area and the playground. I am Ranjeet Singh, an ex-student of your school. I did my senior secondary from your school 6 years ago. I have fond memories of the time spent in this school. Now, I have completed my graduation in architecture and am working with a firm Martin Builders and contractors. When I came to know that my old school needs help in revamping of the building and playground, I immediatelty thought of extending a helping hand. I can provide my services and design any new rooms you need. I can also help with the landscaping of the playground area. My firm has designed 2 schools in Ludhiana and I was actively involved in those projects. I can use that know how to help with your school. I have contacts with people dealing with construction materials, and so I can get the things at very reasonable rates.
