Dear Duong, First of all, many thanks for your letter, in which you shared the latest news with me. It’s nice to hear from you. I’m happy to know that you are doing well. I’m writing to ask for your advice that I have encountered with a problem related to my English at University and I really need your help. I think with your experience in English can help me solve my problem. As you know, I’m not at good at learning English skills especially speaking skills. Last semester, I got low marks on speaking test, so I failed my speaking exam. I tried to listen to music and learn English by watching films, speeches, or TV series. I also practice speaking English with my friends twice a week. However, I cannot improve much and it drives me crazy. I’m so depressed, and feel like I never get a degree. It even makes me feel like such a failure. Therefore, I know you speak English very well, and I hope you give me some tips on this matter. Would you mind letting me know what I should do? Please write to me as soon as you can. Yours, Thuy
