Dear Sara, I received your letter yesterday and had learnt that your are facing problem at work. Don't worry. This not something that you can not solve. I understand that having any problem at your workplace makes you uncomfortable. However, having annoying colleagues at office is a common problem. Everyone has to face such circumstances at some point or other. I know that in your case it is slightly different as this time that colleague is close relative of your boss. I also have faced similar situation when I joined at MD India insurance company. One senior colleague of mine was very arrogant and always find fault in my work. However, instead of putting up with his nonsense, I discussed the issue with the HR manager. Ever since, I never face same problem from his end. If you are thinking that leaving job is the solution for you, then you are encouraging that person to do more wrong things. according to me, you should go to the concern person or to the HR manager for the solution.
